What is the age limit to play on the inflatables?
For the safety of all the children, the age limit is 10 years old and younger. Parents are not allowed on inflatables.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Zoomerang Play accepts cash, debit card, credit card (visa, mastercard, discover and american express). We do not accept checks.
Can we just have cake without renting a party room?
No, for two reasons.
1. We do not have the floor space in the lobby to allow this. The few tables we have in the lobby area are reserved for walk-in customers who have brought in thier own snacks and are using it for a family snack area.
2. Parties held in the lobby area encourage larger numbers of children to be in and out of the lobby. Making it tougher to control access to the facility. Although we do encourage people to bring thier own snacks and drinks, we can not (and do not) accomadate parties in the lobby area.
If you are celebrating your child’s birthday and would like to bring a few friends in to play at Zoomerang please do not bring in cake, cupcakes, a giant cookie, presents or balloons. We do not allow parties in our lobby. Thank you!
How do I get the invitations that are included with the party package?
If you live in the Killeen/Fort Hood area, you may pick up the invitations anytime during normal business hours. If you live closer to Temple and would prefer to pick them up locally, you may contact Lisa’s Dance Connection (www.lisasdance.com) and schedule to pick them up there. You may also request the invitations be mailed directly to you.
How does a party at Zoomerang work?
When you arrive to check in for your scheduled party, you will pay the remaining balance that is owed. Then your assigned party host will go out to your car and unload all party items and assist you with setting up the party room. All parties will go directly into thier party rooms at the start of the party. You will then have 2 hours in the party room followed by unlimited play time.
Do you have smaller party packages?
Yes, a $119.00 package is now available Monday-Friday, it is good for up to 10 Kids. For more information please see our birthday party page.
Do you sell food?
We sell a variety of packaged snacks including chips, cereal bars, crackers and candy, all for about $1 each. We also sell cold drinks and have recently added hot tea, coffee and hot chocolate to the snack bar. All drinks are $1.25 plus tax.
Are individual guests, not part of a party, allowed to bring food?
Yes, you may bring drinks, snacks, pack a lunch or make use of our vending machines and neighboring businesses. We ask that all food is consumed in the lobby area, tables are available for use. Large parties are prohibited; the lobby is for individual guest use only. Guests are not allowed to bring cake or cupcakes into the lobby area.
What should we wear?
Everyone who is going to use the inflatable attractions is required to wear socks.
No clothing with multiple exposed zippers
No large belt buckles
No Jewelry, watches or large rings
All hair ties should be soft in nature
The above items can rip and tear the inflatables and are therefore not allowed.
What can we bring?
Guests who rent a party room may bring: food, birthday cake, cupcakes, drinks (non-alcoholic), special decorations (must be able to be hung with scotch tape provided at cash register), ice chest/cooler, camera, candles and matches. Pinatas may be brought, but they need to be of average size and preferably the pull string type due to limited space. If the pinata is too large, management may not allow you to hang it up.
What items are not allowed?
Silly string, Confetti Poppers, Streamers, etc…, these items are too difficult to clean and have a high tendency to go into other party areas.
Hot plates/Individual burners, these items are a huge fire risk. Guests who wish to have warm foods at their party are encouraged to use catering style warming dishes or a crock pot.

Do you have a military discount?
As a veteran owned business we do feel the need to give to the troops who are giving to all of us. On Wednesdays you can receive $1 off general admission with a valid military ID.
